The 2.5-hectare estate, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Lac d'Soustons, is perfect for sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and swimming. The area is known for forests, vineyards, and world-renowned golf courses. The beach is a 10-minute drive, and the village is within walking distance.



The ground floor features a spacious lounge with wood paneling, parquet floors, and a grand oak staircase. There is a study, sitting room, dining room, billiard room, kitchen, toilet, and washroom, with terraces for alfresco dining. The TV/reading room has a marble fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, and a selection of DVDs, books, and magazines.
