- bedroom 1 with one 140x200 double bed and wardrobe
- mezzanine with two 80x200 beds and storage space
- bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

Fenced garden and terrace with awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha grill.
Parking space in the residence.

Pets allowed.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €100 / Optional linen: see prices with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A deposit for accommodation (€500) and a cleaning deposit (€100) will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not debited) or cheque.

Villa très bien située mais très sale, qui a gâché notre séjour

Aucun état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie n'a été fait. Découverte d'une petite villa très bien située, à 2 pas du lac, à 3 pas de la plage et de très bons restaurants. La bonne surprise s'arrête là. Extérieur peu entretenu, intérieur malodorant et sale : poussières, toiles d'araignée au plafond, sur les barres à rideaux, dans tous les coins, rideaux sales, salle d'eau crasseuse, chambre poussiéreuse avec un lit de fortune et un matelas qui sent mauvais. On nous demande des cautions pour la maison et le ménage, à se demander pourquoi. La maison semble avoir été inhabitée pendant plusieurs semaines. Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Par exemple, le barbecue annoncé n'y est pas. Ce qui est embêtant quand c'est un critère de réservation. Bref, une saleté qui a gâché notre séjour. Cette villa pourrait être un vrai bijou si elle était entretenue et surtout propre!!

Séjour à Vieux Boucau

La location pourrait être bien. Malheureusement la propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous aussi bien pour le logement que pour la vaisselle. Sur la photo il y avait un BBQ mais pas sur le site. Par contre contre l'emplacement est au top et à part les remarques, on a passé un agréable séjour.
