Located in Soupex, the holiday home Villa avec Piscine Soupex has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a pool (open from June to September), garden, terrace, and barbecue amenities.

The property is located a 10-minute drive from the St Ferrol leisure centre, 15 minutes from Castelnaudary (famous for its cassoulet), 45 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, 50 minutes from the pink city of Toulouse and 1.5 hours from the beaches of Gruissan.

A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

One pet is allowed for a fee.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Warm atmosphere

We stayed only two days, winter time, so that we could not profit from the exterior, but we saw the potential. We particularly liked the interior decoration.
