Stay in northwest Vendée and discover the town of Challans (7 km), and the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (15 km) or Brétignolles-sur-Mer (23 km). Continue your coastal exploration with a visit to Noirmoutier via the Passage du Gois (30 km), or to Les Sables-d'Olonne (38 km), home of the Vendée Globe sailing race. The Gîtes de la Barbière comprise two adjoining units: a house and a studio.
The house consists, on the ground floor, of a living room/kitchen, a lounge with a foosball table, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room/WC, a separate WC, and a utility room (washing machine, dryer, additional refrigerator). On the attic floor, you will find four bedrooms, two with three single beds (90cm) and two with a double bed (160cm), two bathrooms (one with a changing table and a baby bath), and a separate toilet.

The studio apartment comprises a living area with a double sofa bed (140cm), a bathroom/toilet, and a mezzanine with a double bed (160cm). You will have access to three terraces (garden furniture, barbecues, sun loungers) and a 4000m² garden with a covered (4 x 8m) heated swimming pool, open from April to October, a children's play area, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. Several cars can be parked on the property, and you can store your bicycles in a lockable shed where you will also find a second washing machine.

The accommodations are located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' farm (cattle, poultry). Each cottage can be rented independently (except from mid-July to the end of August): H85G031541 and H85G031542.

Beds are made upon arrival, and towels and heating are included.
