    Very close to the centre of Soulac (800m), only ten minutes to reach it by bike, the central beach is 2000m away, other beaches are accessible by other paths.

    Ideal for large families or several couples, this house is totally on one level and with plenty of space in all rooms.

    The house has a 1200m2 plot that is fully fenced, ideal for outdoor games and children.

    An internet box is active and available in the house.

    There are nice bike paths around the house.
