Perfect week's holiday in Soulac!

Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and new, with everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the shared pool and terrace, and our own outside seating area too. So close to stroll to the lovely long sandy beach and easy walk to the shops and restaurants - an excellent location. Allen was very helpful - we look forward to returning!

Very welcoming and nice location

The owner is very hospitable. The studio is very complete and new. We had the privilege as first holiday residents. Every was more then present. It was also possible to charge my electric car there. The location is very fine, cross the road from a small nice path and you are there. In 10 minutes you are in the city of Soulac sur Mer.

Fantastic spot for two in a lovely town!

We stayed in Allen’s property for 2 weeks and it was perfect for 2 people. It is compact but we didn’t need any more. The studio is well equipped as is the bathroom. 3 or 4 minutes private walk to a beautiful beach. Only 7/8 minutes into town with all the choice of eating options you could ask for. Allen was the perfect host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. We would certainly go back! Only one word of caution : park where Allen tells you to! The miserable guy at the end of the road doesn’t like people parking outside his house!

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wieder absolut zufrieden und wunderbar erholt. Das kleine Studio ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Allen als perfekter Gastgeber hilft gerne und ist sehr unkompliziert.

Je recommande vivement!

Super studio à 2 minutes de la plage et quelques minutes de la ville. On est complètement autonome sans voiture. Allan est un super hôte et c'est très bien occupé de nous. Hâte de revenir et rester plus longtemps.

L'emplacement est idéal, le cadre et le calme sont propices à la détente. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Allen. Le logement était très propre et totalement conforme à la description. Le très gros plus : la piscine. Nous recommandons fortement !

très déçue par Abritel

Arrivé mouvementée impossible de communiquer avec l'hôte car Abritel avait encore mis de codes de sécurité ridicules et j'avais besoin de l'hôte pour un complément d'adresse. J'ai envoyé un message à Abritel pour qu'il le transmette à l'hôte ce qui n'a jamais été fait. Allen le propriétaire était également mécontent.

All what you need

We were very welcomed by Allen and he always asked if we need anything. The same time ee had our privacy. The see was very neer and also there was this pool, right tempretur for hot days. We enjoyed it very much. It was not far from the village aswell. Thank you Allen

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommende Gastgeber

Sehr sauberes, ordentliches Objekt. Nur 2min bis zum Atlantik. Sehr schöner Strand, nur 10min bis zum Zentrum Soulac. Alles so wie in der Objektbeschreibung dargestellt. Der Vermieter hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Ein Problem mit dem Schlafsofa in dem Apartment wurde umgehend gelöst. Empfehlenswert!

Great stay in Soulac

We had a great stay in the apartment of Allan and Elisabeth. They were very friendly and generous. The room was very clean, comfortable and furnished lovely. It is only a two minute walk to the ocean. The beach is very long and even in high season not crowded. We can recommend it absolutely. Greetings Nicole & Philipp

Séjour Plaisir Temps suspendu 🤗

Séjour merveilleux chez Allen et Elisabeth qui sont aussi chaleureux que discrets. Emplacement idéal proche centre ville (10min à pied) et accès direct à la plage via le chemin boisé de la petite dune de sable! La fonctionnalité et la décoration sobre et de très bon goût du studio vous séduiront: un vrai petit cocon! Vous pourrez vous prélasser dans la piscine chauffée privée et partagée avec la chambre d’hote. Allen et Elisabeth sont hyper accueillants et chaleureux.
