Sea/ Piton view is located in the town of Soufriere, one minute walk from the beach. The condo is fully equip with a kitchen, bedroom, living and dinning room area. Amazing views of the twin Pitons. We are in close promixity to restaurant, banks, travel sites, supermarkets etc. Doufrierr has many wonders such as the world's drive in volcano, The twin Pitons, gardens, waterfalls, Sugar and Anse Chastanet beaches perfect for snorkelling and diving.

Awesome Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for 7 nights and were impressed. We were offered delicious rum punch upon arrival. The property is in a great location, walking distance to everything you need and only two minutes to the beach! The owner was always quick to reply to messages and organized everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and even popped in to clean mid-way through our stay.

Mora was great with communication and getting us whatever we needed. Check-in time says 2:00pm, but she said we couldn’t check in till 3pm, so we stayed at Ladera for an hour longer, which we weren’t upset about. Sylvia greeted us with a shot glass of rum punch, which was nice. On our last day our driver wasn’t picking us up for the Airport till 1:00pm, so they let us keep our luggage in the room while Sylvia started cleaning at 11:00am, so we walked to the seashell restaurant for lunch until 1pm. Pros: - the view from the bedroom is amazing!! - Location is great for walking to Hummingbird beach and then other restaurants in town. - they didn’t have a hairdryer in the room, so they brought us one the next day - the TV wasn’t working, but they fixed it during the day while we were at the beach Cons: - the bed was not comfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress and I’m a side sleeper, so it was very uncomfortable (hopefully they get a foam topper to make the bed more comfortable) - the water heater heats up on the roof from a solar panel. There were times I took a cold shower due to it being a rainy cloudy day, so the water didn’t get heated. - there were no umbrellas in our room So we purchased a red and black one due to the constant rain. We did leave them for the next guests, so we hope you get the chance to use them next. - the lighting in the bathroom was pretty bad for putting on makeup, use hall mirror by front door - no full length mirror to check outfits

BEST Apartment in Soufriere

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. Sitting slightly above town, you have the most perfect viewpoint of Soufriere with a gorgeous wrap around balcony. It is more beautiful in person. You are 2 minutes from the beach and have your pick of delicious restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. If you are a scuba diver, Action Adventure Divers is the best and a 2 minute walk away. This apartment has everything you need – the outdoor shower was perfect to rinse diving/snorkeling gear, and we so appreciated the laundry space at the bottom of the stairs. The kitchen is fully outfitted to cook meals at home with 3 grocery stores less than 8 minutes walk away. We loved all the personal touches – fresh flowers, rum punch, and a welcome booklet. The WIFI worked flawlessly the entire time we were there. Sylvia is the most attentive and caring housekeeper, and Mora was incredibly responsive any time we had questions. We had one minor issue with the bedroom air conditioner towards the end of our 5 week stay. She had the repairman there within an hour of when we told her. She brought over a fan and offered a window unit to us while we waited for the new unit to be installed the next day. We understand things like this happen, and she was AMAZINGLY quick to make sure we were comfortable. A superbly maintained beautiful apartment - 5 STARS! Whether you stay for a few days or a month, you won’t find a better place in Soufriere (pronounced SOO-FREHR). :)
