Every and I mean every member of staff was welcoming and happy to have a chat and see how they could make our stay better - from the manager, to the chef, porter, activity co-ordinator, groundsman. Absolutely top notch service.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus.
