A semi-detached house renovated in 2003, completed in 2020 (neighboring apartment 9109 KETTU) in Jäätiönrinne area in Vuokatti on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi, shared beach, pier and rowing boats available.
The area of the villa is 94 m² on two floors. Downstairs is a living-kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with separate beds for two (2 x 80 cm). Sauna, shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with separate beds for four (4 x 80 cm), a double bed (160 cm) in the mezzanine hall, toilet.
Terrace, garden furniture. On the beach, a shared barbecue shed and ski service room.
The baby's travel bed and high chair will be delivered if needed. Child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Electric/hybrid charging option from the heating pole (slow charging 3.6 kw), included in the price.
