Semi-detached house completed in 2003, renovated in 2020 (neighboring apartment 9106 ILVES) in Jäätiönrinne area in Vuokatti on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi.
The area of the villa is 80 m², on two floors. Downstairs kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Sauna, shower, separate wc. Upstairs, a bedroom with separate beds for 2 (2 x 80 cm), a loft hall with a sofa bed for 1-2 (width 120 cm) and wc.
Terrace, garden furniture. Shared barbecue shed and a skiservice room on the area.
A child's travel bed and high chair will be delivered if necessary. Baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Electric/hybrid charging option from the heating pole (slow charging 3.6 kw), included in the price.

ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-15 - 2027-05-01)
