The villa has its own private swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless care free relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun.

The villa is located in Agia Thekla in a private complex which offers a clean, calm and well-built environment.

Agia Thekla Beach is only a 10 min drive away from the property. The beach is a 300-metre long beach located on the beautiful coastal stretch of Agia Thekla. This beach is located within a SPA (special protected area) offering golden sands and crystal-clear sea waters providing a calm environment for you and your family to enjoy.

The swimming pool area offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds.

Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room and dining area which is fully furnished and equipped, making the property feel like a home away from home.

The property includes 2 double bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. All are fully air conditioned.
