Exclusive, newly built, custom-designed manor house (April 2026) with beautiful, soothing ocean views in the countryside on a peninsula, 45 minutes south of city centre Stockholm. It feels like a nature reserve—very private and quiet, yet exclusive with modern design and furnishings—a true oasis for the senses. You’ll be close to boating, horseback riding, and lovely walks through the meadows down to the sea. The architecture is in the Swedish National Romantic “Grace” style of the 1920s.

The Property
The 212-square-meter custom-built country estate, designed in the National Romantic period style, is a two-story house with a very open floor plan on the firstbetween the kitchen, kitchen island, dining area, and living room area, which flow seamlessly together and are very inviting, social, and perfect for wonderful family dinners under soft lighting and spotlights, especially when you open the double doors to the patio to take in the soothing, beautiful view of the sea.

In addition, the ground floor features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room with a brand-new LG washing machine and dryer. The office has a desk, an office chair, and even a single bed.

As you walk up the oak staircase, you’re greeted by a majestic view of the ocean, which opens up towards the water through the TVand living area towards the large balcony, where we spend long mornings and late evenings.

Upstairs, there are 4 large bedrooms, three of which are furnished with double beds that comfortably accommodate two people in each bedroom (the double beds can be separated if desired). The fourth bedroom has a single bed. Eight beds and eight sleeping spots in total for the entire house.

The large bathroom upstairs has a pleasant spa-like atmosphere with a large bathtub and dressing gowns. There is also a shower.
