One of the best hotels in the world.

Fantastic place. Feels brand new (Sep ‘26), very cute and great staff. I got one of the rooftop rooms which was so nice. Lovely outside area to sit at, very specious room, very close to the beach clubs and the old city centre. Beds and linen were very nice, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. I would definitely come back.

Great hotel, amazing views & awesome breakfast.

We absolutely adored our stay here. Cristina and Vitorio were the best hosts and looked after us so well, we enjoyed our home cooked breakfasts with Cristina each morning so much! It was so wonderful to have such warm and welcoming hosts. If we ever come back to Sorrento we will be back here again! Grazie Mile!

Staying at Relais S. Francesco turned out to be one of the highlights of our honeymoon! Not only are the facilities beautiful and the view the best I saw from Sorrento, the service was outstanding. Francesco went above and beyond to make sure our stay and time in the area was the easiest and the best experience it could be. The daily breakfast was delicious, especially with the ability to eat on the roof, looking out over that stunning view. I'm sad that we didn't get the opportunity to have...

Lovely place, super clean and a short walk to everything

Beautiful hotel with extremely pleasant and helpful staff, exquisite rooms and breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Syrene. The views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius are magnificent. The hotel is perched on the cliff above the harbour with a lift to get down for those who need it. The hotel itself is beautifully kept. The rooms are reasonable size only, but well appointed and spotlessly clean. The balcony on our room had a magnificent view. It is very hard to fault this hotel in any respect, and you pay well for the privilege!

Olde world style in spades. A beautiful intimate palace!

I am a regular traveller, and Elys Suites provided the best hotel service I’ve had in many years. Their staff, particularly Ginevra, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, leaving biscuits and access to a coffee machine in the common area of the hotel. The room itself was massive, extremely clean and had the best shower ever. The location also could not be beat. You’re right in the heart of Sorrento, a 10-minute walk from the train station and there are ample highly rated restaurants...

We stayed in the winter months. The position was great, on the town square and went even had a view of a free concert by an Italian pop star from our balcony. The staff were helpful, the rooms stylish and immaculate, and the breakfasts superb.

This property was exactly as described. It is in a great location and the view is fantastic!

If I could give Melania x10 5 star reviews I would. She is so lovely, everything was in excellent condition, she was so accommodating and went out of her way for my stay. She organised airport transfers for me, gave me recommendations on where to eat and where to go to the beach. She went over and above to make my stay welcoming to the point I cancelled my flight and accommodation in my next destination, so I could stay another night there! This was equivalent to a 5 star hotel - the property...
