The Villa is in the most exclusive residential area of Amalfi Coast Sorrento, the most famous and lively town in all the Penisola Sorrentina, just a few steps away from all the main landmarks, from the station and the beach.

Most important: All the major attractions of the town are within a range of 0.5m; such as the Coral Museum, Piazza Tasso and other famous places so within walking distance.

It is a modern villa on three floors and an ideal destination for a pleasant, relaxing holiday discovering one of the most famous areas of Italy.

LOCATION: 0.2-0.5 km grocery shops and restaurants, 1 km train station, 30 km Amalfi, 50 km Naples, 52 km airport, 55 km Salerno, 78 km Caserta.

Every room in the villa is full of light and carefully furnished with all amenities.

In the garden there is large terrace, furnished to stay out in the shade or for outdoor meals as well as the above-the-ground swimming pool (6×3.5, 1.3m deep), opening time: (01/05-30/09) with sunbeds and deckchairs.

Included in the price: 3 hours/day cleaning service (from Monday to Friday).

You can also have breakfast served, extra cleaning hours and an extra linen change upon request.

The villa has central heating, wi-fi Internet connection and also air conditioning.

Furthermore it has 3 fireplaces.

Ground floor: large, bright living room, leading out onto the garden, study, dining-room and music room.

Private Spa with Finnish sauna, hot tub shower with chromotherapy.

So awesome

The house is in perfect location. The house is actually nicer than the photos in the listing. The owner/ host is absolutely awesome. The pool is clean and very modern looking.
