The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs make time spent indoors equally enjoyable. Bed linen is included, together with a set of three towels for each guest: a face towel, a bath towel and a bidet towel. A complimentary welcome kit containing soap, shampoo and toilet paper is also provided upon arrival.

The property does not have private parking. However, several secure paid parking facilities are available nearby, with indicative daily rates ranging from €25 to €35. Alternatively, street parking is possible in designated areas, subject to the restrictions and regulations typically found in the town centre. Thanks to the central location, proximity to the railway station and easy access to the main attractions, a car is not necessary to enjoy Sorrento or explore the surrounding area.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire independent house and its private outdoor spaces, including the courtyard with its green area and garden swing, as well as the covered and furnished patio.
Check-in takes place in person at the property. A member of our staff will welcome you upon arrival, hand over the keys, show you around the accommodation and provide useful information about the property and the surrounding area, along with recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. Your arrival time must be arranged in advance and will be requested through private communication after booking.
Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. For arrivals outside standard hours, late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM.
Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identity document for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.
A local tourist tax also applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. In the municipality of Sorrento, the tax is €4 per person per night, with minors exempt, unless otherwise stipulated by municipal regulations.
