very nice 3 star hotel, neat and clean, staff is friendly, helpful, especially the chef who made the breakfast, appreciate his kindness, he let us eat at 7am instead of 7:30am, he made the food looks good tastes good. We checkout at 6am, he was already working, helpful, friendly, want to stay again

Nice and clean hotel, in a good location and walkable. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was as you would expect, though the area it is in is quite cramped and they left some food, like eggs, sausages, out to sit in the cold. Room was a reasonable size and came with a nice balcony, though expect to hear the noise outside given the location. The room also had thin walls so you could hear the people next door coming back late at night. Overall though, I would consider staying here again.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to say this was a great hotel choice. It was centrally located. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast included. Spacious and well-maintained rooms. We are a family of four with 2 seven year olds and we were pleased with our stay. It's also a short walk to the train station, so you don't need a cab.

We were so pleased with this hotel. It was in a convenient location near Piazza Tasso. Close to the ferry and many restaurants. Very modern, clean rooms and excellent breakfast included. Hotel is in a convenient location to walk to restaurants and down to the marina. Staff is friendly and made an effort to ensure a positive experience during our stay. Room was nice however the bed mattress was a little too firm for our liking.
