I have never met better staff anywhere! Luigi reached out to us before we even left home to offer assistance, he was there every day answering questions and ensuring our stay was memorable, and he arranged extra services for us during our stay. Nello helped a lot along the way and is such a kind and knowledgeable young man with a great sense of humour. Maria in the breakfast room was always one step ahead in knowing what we wanted, and her smile is infectious. Mama Luigi baked amazing treats for us daily! The team all felt like family by the time we left. We will be back! Thanks for an incredible experience!

Sorrento Flats made our vacation in Italy fantastic! Luigi and his staff greeted us, gave us assistance whenever we needed it, and had great recommendations on what to visit. He is an excellent host and the breakfast food is delicious! The location is wonderful and centrally located for day trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Sorrento Flats was a great choice for us! Thank you Luigi!!

Luigi is a wonderful host and the property is clean and in a perfect location. Outside of the door are many restaurants, yet the room was very quiet. Before we arrived we asked if a car could transport us from Naples to Sorrento (on a busy friday afternoon!) and Luigi arranged this within the hour at a very reasonable rate. Great service and a very nice breakfast also.! We definitely recommend this place.

Great staff and greay location
The service is amazing! Luigi and his staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent- right in the middle of the action. They have an agreement with a parking lot, a little far to walk but it is as close as possible. The only comment I have is value for money. This stay was the most expensive room I have ever stayed in and I am not sure thatvthe value for money is there; for the price I paid I would expect a suite or on the beach.

Nice big room, but there is one problem it is 3rd floor, no elevator .I didn’t know that when I booked, very difficult to go up with luggage. Location is the center city close to everything.

These flats are centrally located near everything. Luigi helped us with directions, restaurant recommendations and reservations at the beach. Quiet & very clean. Had a washer & a nice fridge. Had the best time. You need to go up 3 flights of stairs, but that is common in Italy. Really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento.

We stayed in the apartment. Perfect setup for a family of four with a double bed in a separate bedroom, a main room that had been set up with two twin rollout beds and still had plenty of room for a large couch and small table. Kitchen is small but has all the essentials including a washing machine. There is a balcony with a partial view of the water as well. Location is steps away from the main square, stairs down to the main port and just on the edge of the quaint alleys of shops and restaurants at the center of town. Could hardly be better. Luigi was amazing. Responded almost immediately to any questions we had and helped us arrange a car back to the train station in Naples. Even the driver was a step above the others we had while in Italy. Hope to return sometime!

I cant say enough good things about this place and Luigi. He was so kind, responsive and reached our prior to us coming to give us a lot of information. If I could give this property 10 stars I would, the host was fantastic, he met us in the street and walked our luggage to the flats, he was so helpful and friendly, gave us restaurant recommendations and was available for any questions we had. The location was fantastic, the room and breakfast were great, overall a wonderful experience!

Sorrento Flats is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The location is incredible. There are tons of places to shop and eat, and it is only a short walk down to the beaches or Marina. The owner, Luigi, is the most incredible host. He was always available to answer questions or give recommendations. His hospitality felt more like someone welcoming us into their family. A must stay in Sorrento
Luigi and all the team at Sorrento Flats are simply outstanding and could not be more helpful if they tried. The room had everything that was needed, immaculately clean and had a stunning view, whilst the breakfast had an ample selection.The location of the flats were superb, directly in the middle of Sorrento with everything around you could ever need. Luigi is a fantastic host and it felt whilst we were over there that nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond, organising us a transfer and providing us with a list recommending restaurants and places to visit. It is clear to see he has a real passion to make sure that each and every person who stayed in his hotel had an amazing time! As a first time visitor to Sorrento, I would have no hesitation in staying here again! Thank you so much Luigi, you made our trip special!

Fantastic service
We stayed for 5 nights in October '22 and had an amazing time. The rooms are as described, spotlessly clean with good comfortable beds. Fantastic shower in the ensuite bathroom. But the thing that makes Sorrento Flats really special is the amazing service provided by Luigi. From the moment I made my booking he made contact and kept in touch as our trip got closer. He booked a great boat trip to Capri for us, provided details of train & bus rimetables, recommended restaurants and provided a take away early breakfast when we left at 6.30am on our departure day 😀 Thank you Luigi for making our stay so enjoyable!

This boutique hotel is an amazing place to stay in Sorrento. Walk out the front door and you are in the heart of it all. Luigi could not have been more accommodating, from the minute we booked the room. He arranged early check in, restaurant recommendations, things to see and do. Home made breakfast every morning. Luigi and his family were amazing. This property is right in the heart of Sorrento with amazing food and scenic views all within a quick walk. I felt like I was staying with my own family. Luigi offered to help set up everything from things to do, to transfers to and from Naples. I hope to visit Italy again soon and when I come back to Sorrento, I will not stay anywhere else but here. This property is in an amazing location! Right at the heart of Sorrento’s old town. Luigi is extremely helpful, and is able to book all your activities and reservations give you suggestions. The only drawback is that since it is in the heart of old town cars or taxis can’t come right to the front of the door. But again Luigi kindly helps, and for us set up a nice parking spot relatively close. If you are not scared of driving in Italy, I would suggest you rent a car and drive the Amalfi coast.

If I could rate this property 6 stars I would! Weeks before our stay Luigi reached out to me to see if he could help in anyway. Having never been to Italy, I had a million questions and he answered all of them immediately! Our flight got delayed by 12 hours, so we didn’t get to Sorrento until almost 1AM and Luigi was there waiting for us. A great host is what made our trip exceptional! Luigi made dinner reservations for us every night, he coordinated our tour excursions and provided videos on how to get to places. Sorrento Flats is in the perfect location. We went during Easter and we were able to watch the processional right from our little balcony. We stayed on the 4th floor and of course there’s no elevator, but we enjoyed the exercise. Room was very clean and modern. Luigi helped with our luggage for check-in and check-out. Luigi checked on us everyday to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. He invited us for coffee, breakfast and even drinks. I can go on and on! Don’t second guess reserving a room here! You will NOT be disappointed!

Very nice rooms, super clean and like a modern hotel room. Be aware that the rooms and the apartment are located up stairs on the 4th floor, there is no elevator.

Wonderful place, extraordinary hospitality!
I recently took a solo trip through Italy, which had to include a visit to the Southwest to see the Amalfi Coast. I decided to stay in the town of Sorrento, as I read it was a great central base (it is) and beautiful in its own right (it definitely is). In searching for a place, I came across Sorrento Flats, which had incredible reviews and was reasonably priced. As soon as I booked, I immediately understood why. The flat itself is great - super clean, spacious, comfortable, and in the heart of downtown, making for quick and easy access to the train station, great restaurants, the beach, and the ports. However, what truly sets this place apart from anywhere else I've ever stayed is the unbelievable hospitality of the host. Luigi, a true gem of a human being, could literally not have been more accommodating and nice. He directed me on finding the connecting train in Naples, recommended I explore Pompeii on the way, greeted me outside of the Sorrento train station and insisted on taking my luggage, provided a comprehensive list of the best restaurants and bars in town, booked my Amalfi Coast tour, helped me catch the ferry to Capri, was flexible with check-out, and came by to personally say goodbye, all while being incredibly responsive over WhatsApp at all times! You could tell that he genuinely cares for each guest and I could not have been happier with my stay. I almost booked a more expensive hotel, but I'm so glad I decided to go with Sorrento Flats. Can't wait to be back!

In the Heart of Sorrento
Beautiful rooms with balcony, very close to the rail station! Rooms are spacious and clean. Luigi was amazing and helped us all along our stay and gave us fantastic advice on where to eat and what to do. He honestly helped make our time in Sorrento extra special!

Best Stay You’ll Have in Italy!!!
On my trip to Italy my friend and I stayed at 5 other hotels and this is by far the best one! Upon arrival the host Luigi met us right by the train trainstation to help us with our bags and direct us to the place while gicing us a small tour of the city. When we got there he welcomed us with drinks, helped us out with sending us information on the ferry times to capri, which we were going to the next day, and helped us check in, in a very easy fashion. Then he helped us with our luggage up to the room. The room was nice modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. This place is also in a very convenient area because any kind of restaurant of store that you would wanna go to is within a 2 minute walk from here. I had an amazing pizza from this place that was literally 50 steps from the front foor of the place and it was a great feeling because of how lazy I was after traveling all day. Overall this was an amazing stay over here and if I ever go back, K will most likely stay here!

The property is located on a street not accessible by vehicles which made it wonderfully quiet in the evening. It was centrally located to many wonderful sites and restaurants. The room was spotless and exactly what we needed for our stay. The morning breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast (breads, sliced meats, and cheeses) but also included plenty of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. The best thing about Sorrento Flats, however, is the staff. Rocio, Antonio, Luigi, and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They helped us coordinate our tours and answered any questions we had. They really made us feel at home. We highly recommend the Sorrento Flats.

I liked every about Sorrento flats. Apartment was nice size and very clean. Location was just perfect- on a walking distance to everything you need to have an aces to. Stuff is extremely friendly and accomodating. strongly recommend this property to everyone visiting Sorrento

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it! From the moment we booked Luigi was in constant communication with my husband regarding our stay. Luigi was so kind as to set up our Private transportation from Naples the to hotel and also an excursion to Capri.The moment we arrived in Sorrento Antonio greeted us in the square and whisked us away into the streets of Sorrento to the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel Antonio was so kind of offer us coffee while we got checked in, he also gave us a map of the area with a ton of recommendation for food, views and things to do. Rocio and Maria were also fabulous and greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smile. The breakfast is phenomenal and if you are able to get there for the tiramisu, try it! It is DELICIOUS!! one of the best ones we had while in Italy. I cannot express enough how fantastic the staff is at Sorrento flats, Rocio even did our laundry and found the map Antonio gave us in my husbands pocket (to show the level of attention that the staff has). The staff was even so kind as to leave us a sweet note and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. Sorrento Flats is in a perfect location, clean rooms, great AC, and the absolute best staff! My husband and I stayed at both the St.Regis in Venice and Rome and the staff at Sorrento flats surpassed the services we received at both. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! Sorrento Flats is an excellent place to stay. It is right in the city center. Very clean, with a great breakfast and very attentive staff that is willing to help with any issues you my have.

Excellent staff
The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was great. We didn’t mind walking up the stairs after a day of eating :)

This place was awesome. EXTREMELY clean, very central location. Rocio and Antonio gave us great suggestions for places to try, and they were all amazing. Breakfast was really fabulous as well. Everything is outside the door step. Rocio called and even made reservations for us for the beach and restaurants. Top notch service and a place to stay at. Thanks for an amazing stay in Sorrento!

Excellent experience, strongly recommend it!
Luigi and everyone else at this wonderful hotel were very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional. Location is perfect at the heart of the historic center. Our room was charming, had everything you need. Breakfast was fantastic! One of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe. I strongly recommend it to everyone who plans to visit Sorrento.

Amazing location and hosts!
From the moment we walked in the doors we felt like we were at home. Perfect location to walk to everything. The breakfast is amazing. Luigi and the staff are all wonderful. Staying at Sorrento Flats was one of the highlights of our trip. We will be back! Grazie mille Luigi!

Superb Superb
Our stay here was wonderful and Roscio our host was amazing. Full of local knowledge and a willingness to help us out in anyway. The room was fantastic, the bed super comfortable and breakfast was the best we have had in weeks. Highly recommend staying here.
