It's a good and convenient option, but the hotel is old, the beds are not super comfortable, the pillows are hard like rocks, spacious but old rooms, clean but old, I do not like stained and dirty carpets that can be cleaned easily.

Overall, hotel is ok. A couple of low points were the terrible internet, I couldn't connect and work properly; and the breakfast, eggs were old and dry.

O café da manhã foi excelente . A cama foi a melhor que eu já fiquei em hotéis. O ponto negativo foi o checkout. De manhã, numa hora de muito movimento, só havia um funcionário para atender toda a fila que se formou. O elevador para o estacionamento não estava funcionando, as malas tiveram que descer pela escada. Um elevador social também não estava funcionando.

Já no check in me informaram que eu não conseguiria prolongar a diária, caso fosse necessário, pois estava com alta ocupação. Recebi 2 comunicados depois reforçando isso, e pedindo que fosse feito o checkout no horário estipulado. Quem foi que falou p vocês que ficaria a mais? Se já passaram a informação no início, por que ficar incomodando o hóspede com mais de um comunicado? A sensação que tive é que eu estava incomodando em um hotel que foi pago. Nada ali foi de graça!

O quarto confortável, camas e colchões bons, banheiro grande e uma ducha maravilhosa ( amei..)..Boa recepção, bem educados ;Café da manhã faltou mais opções de tipos de pães e de doces, faltou opção de omelete e faltou tapioca ( que gosto muito) e faltou pires para as xicaras de café.. Gostei por ter máquina de café com opção de Capuchino( gosto muito).. Não gostei de ver que os corredores dos quartas saõ de piso tipo forração, deveriam ser de emborrachado que são mais fáceis de limpar e não acumulam poeira e ácaros. Os veículos estacionados no lado de fora da garagem coberta não deveriam ter o valor do estacionamento cobrado, como foram cobrados o que ficaram no espaço coberto e fechado.

Impossível dormir nesse hotel , a noite tinha uma festa até tarde , as 5:00 da manhã já tinha barulho de outros quartos e corredor . A acústica do hotel é inexistente, eu ouvia toda descarga que os quartos davam . Resumo era para dormir e não consegui. O café da manhã é bom , bastante variado mas só . O ar condicionado não funciona da cama , precisa chegar perto pra ligar , isto é, precisa levantar para isso .

Estadia de uma noite pra casal

O pessoal da recepção foi bem simpático, nos auxiliaram no que solicitamos. Preciso comentar que reservei o quarto para duas pessoas e quando chegamos tinha apenas um conjunto de toalhas, precisamos solicitar mais um conjunto, mas eles nos atenderam prontamente. Porém o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, pedimos para arrumarem e não foi arrumado, sorte que não precisamos solicitar mais nada, mas pelo valor pago, tinha que estar tudo certo, na minha opinião.. Embaixo da cama estava só pó, e tinham duas traças no banheiro. Não é algo que eu esperava de um hotel nesse valor de estadia.. De qualquer forma, o café da manhã é excelente, muitas opções e tudo muito bem feito, sempre sendo abastecidas as comidas. Em resumos: atendimento e café da manhã recomendadíssimos; já limpeza achei que deixa a desejar..

Hotel ok, sem grandes problemas...

O hotel precisa passar por algumas atualizações, melhorar aspectos de infraestrutura... Considerando ser um dos mais antigos da região... O estacionamento conta com muitos móveis antigos amontoados, passando a impressão de abandono. A limpeza dos quartos que ficam sem uso por algum tempo devem ser mais detalhadas, tive a infelicidade de pegar um com cheiro de mofo, para quem tem alergias é bem complicado. Sobre o atendimento no geral a recepção foi bacana... Mas os problemas de infraestrutura devem ser considerados, visto que o valor é o mesmo de hotéis com infraestrutura mais modernas na região.
