About this property
Beautiful country house in Porto Feliz - complete leisure facilities for 20 people.
- Farm for events, weekends and holidays. There are 6,000 m² of green area with complete leisure space including adult and children's pool with waterfall, barbecue with wood stove, games room, flirt, soccer field and playground.
It also has chicken coop, vegetable garden, orchard and mesh field that can be accessed in the company of the housekeeper.
CASA ANEXA: with 3 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine) and two bathrooms, sleeps 20 people in beds + 1 double mattress.
THE MAIN HOUSE is not available for rental.
Outside area with adult and children's pool with waterfall, soccer field and playground. Adult pool of 10x5m with a maximum depth of 1,80m and a children's pool of 3x4m with a depth of 0,40m. In the edicule is the barbecue, kitchen and game room, with foosball and pool table, plus two more bathrooms.
