"Where do we begin? We had a late flight and arrived to the villa 12.30 am. We were met there by the owners Emil and his wife. They were very friendly and helpful showing us around (even at that late hour). They had even bought us some groceries to get started. The property was immaculate. "Motovun is a tiny village with very few hotels and restaurants. The old.town is pedestrian only so parking is 'down the hill' and the hotel car picks you up. We had a valley view adjacent to communal terrace. Hitel does a great.job ahutting terrace.down at 10 pm for noise control. Super.friendly staff and a.bonus - well.stocker honor bar in lobby w chilled beer, water, local.wines. corkscrew handy, did not need to ask. Even supplied quality glassware! "

The bathroom and Kitchen 1st floor, living area 2nd floor, bedroom 3rd floor. Bed not very comfortable, you can feel the spring. The sofa bed in living area as a sofa very hard, no cushion. The apartment is walking distance down to the beach through a little forest hike which was very quaint! Loved it and the town and wish we would have booked a couple days.
