Our Villa welcomes you in the heart of a serene valley, by the edge of a lively picturesque stream. Relax fully by combining the calm of rest with activities. The Villa is located in the mountains, 2 km from the village center, in the absolute tranquility of a natural environment. Unwind by the pool under the warm southern sun. Stretch out on a lounge chair with a refreshing drink in hand and listen to the chirping of the birds.

The best beaches in the region are only 10 km away, making it easy for you to visit on hot summer days. Several interesting places to explore are nearby. Notably, Collioure, a beautiful coastal village called "the pearl of the region," and Ceret, a town that inspired many famous painters (Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Soutine, and others), where you will find a Modern Art Museum.

Perpignan, Carcassonne, and Montpellier are easily accessible to the north. The Spanish border, located just 20 km away, allows you to visit Figueres, home to the Dalí Museum, as well as the Costa Brava, Girona, or even Barcelona. Shops, small stores, and bakeries can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while larger supermarkets are accessible within 10 minutes.

Several hiking trails start just a few meters from the house, and you will also find paths for mountain biking and jogging.
Set on a magnificent wooded plot of 4800 m², with terraces and a pool area, the house consists of 2 independent apartments, ideal for two families of 12 to 15 people vacationing together.

The apartment on the 1st floor has 140m2 and includes 4 bedrooms: two bedrooms on 1st floor and a two bedrooms on mezzanine level.

The living room is connected to a spacious dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm and 160 cm wide) offer a view of the garden. The modern bathroom features an Italian shower, and the toilet is separate. In the living room, there is a convertible sofa (110 cm wide), and by climbing the spiral staircase, you access a mezzanine bedroom, which also has a double bed 140 cm wide. Also on the mezzanine level there is a WC and another bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm.

The apartment in the ground floor has 75 m² and includes two bedrooms measuring 10.5 m² and 11 m², each equipped with a double bed of 160 cm. It has an open kitchen and a 23 m² living room with a convertible sofa (140 cm) and another convertible sofa of 110cm. The bathroom includes a toilet and a shower. There is also a separate toilet.

During warm periods, the house remains perfectly cool thanks to the cooling floor system.

The terrace overlooking the garden with a view of the mountains is equipped with a dining table and an electric awning, and a charcoal barbecue is at your service.

The pool is large, measuring 9.50 m x 4.0 m, completely private, and surrounded by the garden with no vis-a-vis from the neighbors.

We do not provide bed linen!

However, we do provide duvets (150x200 cm), pillows (60x60 cm), mattress protectors, bath mats, and kitchen towels. In exceptional cases, bed linen can be provided for an additional fee: bed linen at €30 per bed, and 2 towels (one small and one large) for €10.

Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.

It is also possible to rent one of the apartments independently from the other at a lower rate if both apartments are available for the requested period, allowing the house to be enjoyed by a single group of people.
