Uitstekende woning

Het huis was voorzien van alle comfort. In alle slaapkamers was er airco. Het zwmbad was verzorgd en tijdens de 14 dagen van ons verblijf is er een onderhoudstechnieker langsgeweest om na te kijken of de filters nog zuiver waren. De liging van het huis is uitstekend voor wie van wandelen houd, de woning heeft zicht op de bergen (Pyreneen) Voor vie alle dagen naar de zee wil is de afstand niet ver maar toch tussen de 20 minuten en een half uur, misschien omdat we ook in het drukke hoogseizoen er waren. Verder kan ik het iedereen aanraden die van rust en wandelen houd. Damien de verhuurder stelt alles in het werk om het verblijf aangenaam te maken.

Très déçu de l hébergement climatisation annoncée mais ne fonctionne pas , rideaux qui ne se ferme pas pas propre du tout vaisselle salle drap sales douche bouché . On était envahi de fourmis. On a dû acheter des boites car c’était invivable. Je ne comprends même pas comment on peut louer une maison comme ça surtout à ce prix là. Je me demande si c’est Maison sont vraiment vérifier avant de les louer.

Nous avons apprécié l emplacement et la maison (équipement)ainsi que la piscine (bien entretenue). Par contre un gros soucis avec le ménage, c est sale! Les placards pas rangés.... photos à l appui. Quel dommage maison avec du potentiel!

La maison est très bien située mais les photos des extérieurs ne sont pas contractuelles (parasol cassé, pots avec des plantes mortes, piscine plus petite qu’il n’y parait, déchets entreposés sur le côté de la maison) Le ménage n’est pas nickel (il y a énormément de poussières sous les meubles) Les serrures des fenêtres et les volets sont à changer. Le monsieur qui s’occupe de gérer le bien est cependant très sympathique et disponible.

Très beau cadre mais très mauvaise organisation

Très déçue par la location, le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée. La piscine non entretenue, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et le réfrigérateur était DEFECTUEUX. Le mobilier de jardin était au sous sol nous avons dû le remonter nous même (sauf la table de ping-pong bien trop lourde). 10 jours sans réfrigérateur car peu de réactivité de la part du propriétaire. Très dommage car la maison est très belle et bien agencée avec un cadre et une belle vue. Expérience très mitigée pour ma famille et moi même.
