"Place was great overall. Pool is very large. The rooms are great, all with balconies facing the ocean and kitchenettes well equipped. There is a little store next to the hotel which is great for snacks and even food to cook in the kitchenettes. Not too expensive either. The staff are nice but not very helpful. I connected with them through WhatsApp and I was then handed off to the “experience manager” who took 3 days to respond and then was not very helpful after that either. We were staying as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, I told the front desk and experience manager via WhatsApp and asked if there was anything small that we could arrange for her birthday. I was presented with only one option which was a very expensive private dinner on the beach. After I said that I couldn’t afford that there was nothing else. No little chocolates on the pillows, no card on the bed, or voucher for a free cocktail. No one even said happy birthday to her when we were checking in or eating dinner in the restaurant on the day. They were there to help when you needed them but they really didn’t seem interested in doing much beyond the bare minimum. (Other than writing happy birthday on the plate after I told them it was her birthday again and ordered dessert). Overall beautiful resort, slightly hard to get to, and average service experience."

"Amazing, interesting setting. Cesar was a superb host! Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and surroundings were perfect. Easy access to the Valle. Would love to go back again for a week!"

"Great hotel in a beautiful property. Everywhere you look there is a unique piece of art (sculpture). Rooms are very comfortable with all you need, balcony is a plus with couch and chairs, heated pool is also nice. All areas with relaxing music. Food at restaurant Fuego and Tiempo are of excellent food quality and great service. Highly recommended hotel to spend some days in tranquility and relaxation. "

"Beautiful small hotel ocean front, right on the sand! Our room was amazing and the outdoor shower was a bonus! It had a nice deck as well. The beach was large with salt & pepper sand and practically empty. There are lounge chairs with thatched umbrellas on the property by the private beach entrance. Plenty of on-site parking. Only thing I would change would be to add a small table & chairs as there's no place to sit in the room except on the high, comfy bed! AC worked great! FYI there's no elevator to the second/third floor but the staircase is beautiful! Would definately stay again! "

"La relación precio-calidad no coincide. Lo bueno: • El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con cualquier cosa. • El desayuno estaba bueno. • Agua caliente en la ducha. • La vista desde el balcón es muy linda. Lo malo: • Si buscas descansar, no lo vas a lograr. El viento en la noche es muy fuerte y el plástico del techo hace mucho ruido. Con el viento, las puertas y ventanas también suenan fuerte. Es imposible dormir. • El hotel es viejo: las camas y otras instalaciones ya están viejas. • No hay hot tub, el jacuzzi está dañado. "
