"Gracias por la excelente atención durante nuestra estadía. En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el desayuno estuvo delicioso, con muy buena variedad, y el personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Como sugerencia de mejora, les comento algunos detalles de la habitación: el baño tenía muy poca iluminación, la parte inferior de la puerta del baño estaba deteriorada y el control del televisor no funcionó. Aunque el personal intentó solucionarlo, lamentablemente no fue posible. Son detalles menores que, al corregirlos, harían que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad."
