The staff were consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made a large group stay feel effortless. The food and wine were truly exceptional, easily the highlight of the experience, with quality and presentation well above typical hotel standards. "30 minutes waiting to check in. Electricity went off twice during our check in so had to reset computer each time. So I think nearly 1 hour all told. Embarrassing. Rooms are very tired. Hole in blind in bathroom which I covered during my stay. Food was warm not hot. All staff were vey good and friendly. Golf course is outstanding."
