Numerous forest trails, cycling paths, and fitness tracks start right outside the property. The shops, markets, restaurants, and attractions of Hossegor and Seignosse are only a short drive away.

A second holiday home is located on the same large property, at the opposite end of the grounds. Each house has its own private entrance and private outdoor space, ensuring privacy for all guests.
To preserve the peaceful environment, parties and events are not permitted.
