"The room was lovely; loved the shower! The pool was really nice and the food service was excellent. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. Loved staying there. I would definitely go back there next time I go toEl Salvador. It was a very easy walk to the Pacific Ocean; a small bay so the surf was breaking on the rocks at the edges but surfers glided on the waves."

"Check in process was easy. Area is so quiet, it’s a nice break from the hussle of the city so this is definitely more of a quiet retreat. I wish I would’ve stayed more than one night. I was a bit bummed that it was so foggy when we checked in, but thankfully to our surprise it cleared up in the morning and we got the beautiful volcano view! It’s breathtaking and feels surreal. Restaurant staff was not very attentive during the lunch/dinner time, but breakfast was a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of breakfasts included in the price. I will definitely be coming back!"

"I liked that the area was very clean, diverse food options, salt water pool, multiple swimming pools, a big beach area, and guest activities. I also liked staff was really supportive with most requests. I did not like that once the pool workout activity ended, there was no more music; it kind of killed the vibe."

"My 78 year old mother and myself stayed there for 4 days for Mother's days. I had a late arrival to El Salvador i informed hotel, so they had made arrangements for someone to pick us up at airport for a small fee, which we were so grateful because it was really dark out and we were tired from flight. Also asked if we wanted to place an order to eat anything and we could place it on our way from airport to hotel so that our meals would be ready when we arrived at hotel. Nice touch. I had originally gotten an amazing suite overlooking the ocean with a balcony, however there was a bit of stairs to the room and was a little bit difficult for my mom to climb up and down . So they quickly changed us to a ground floor room. Which we were so grateful. Food service and music was fantastic and also only 5 stairs access directly on the beach with a beautifull cave and amazing views."
