This 1st floor unit is 2BD/1BTH, kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, large covered patio area on the South side and cozy patio on the North side of the house. Great for bird & wildlife watching, BBQ's, relaxing or entertaining. You will be within walking distance to Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, local eateries like the Copper Brothel Brewery & Tia Anita Cantina. You'll have gorgeous views, to the west, Mt Wrightson, views north towards Empire Ranch and then East the Whetstones & Mustang Mt. range. Perfect for those spectacular sunriseā€™s and sunsets of Sonoita.

NOTE: there are 2 other spaces for rent here. Would be great larger groups. Up to 12 people.

Location was wonderful. It was a short drive to many activities, but still convenient. The Bunkhouse was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Info Book

You had so many amenities, it would have been nice with a welcome book outlining all of them. Working the A/C, heat units would have been very helpful. We could not get the one in the main living room to work for us.
