"We went for some work and we stayed there. And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said. It was tooo cold and they never gave us hot water I wish I could give them Zero. They are unprofessional. Never ever wish to stay they’re again if they provide us for freee also. Worst experience "

"The best shower in India , pressure wise, the state of it it terrible , but it is a good shower Brilliant bed , but looking under it when it moved , they had never cleaned under there forever, used condom wrappers , tissues , and a load of dust "

"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."

"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. "

"I liked the restaurant upstairs. Breakfast served dail and dinner to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small fridge services available which meant you didn’t have to go and buy snacks. Water provided as well. Close to metro. "

"The property failed to reserve a room despite advance booking and payment and yet wanted me to check out ASAP. The room itself was in a dilapidated state. The bathroom has broken toilet seat ,clogged sink and the taps just had scalding hot water. Any complaints regarding the above were ignored and the rain was blamed for the bad experience "
