"Property was clean and well maintanined. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. Extra kudos to the staffs as they were really amazing. However some of the room amenities did not meet expectations like the hair dryer was not good and very noisy and the bathroom needs better lighting. The breakfase buffet was amazing and worth every dollar spent, however, the other restaurant were not up to expectation as the food options were either limited or the taste was not up to expectation as they were very bland."

The pool and bar area is a lovely place to relax. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming, we especially enjoyed the cafe and the friendly service provided by Saiasi the barista."

"Fantastic location for Port Denerau shopping and tours. 2 minute walk to the passenger terminal. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a modern look and feel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Gym is pretty bleak, however. And they don't give you shower body wash but instead a small bar of soap. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We found this resort to be much better than we had expected. We only stayed 2 nights and booked for it's convenience to the airport, so were pleasantly surprised as to how nice the resort was and the fact that it didn't feel like it was next to the airport. The only negative experience we had was our checkout. There were people all around reception at the time, I'm assuming checking in and out. There seemed to be a complete lack of organisation, with some of us waiting in line whilst others walked straight to the counter. I waited for close to half an hour before giving up, leaving the room key on the counter and walking away."

"Our family are all frequent travelers and especially to Fiji (over 15 times).I couldn't fault anything while we were at Malolo. What a perfect paradise for our little family! Everything was so well thought out and the staff was just so caring and thoughtful which made a real difference to our holiday with two little kids. The kids club and nannies were so much fun and very experienced. The food really exceeded our high expectations. The activity crew just kept delivering for us. The singers were divine. Easy to say we have found a new favourite and will be coming back next year!"
