Inside, the cozy living room features a fireplace and Smart TV, flowing into an open dining area ideal for shared meals. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped and includes a laundry corner with washer, iron, and ironing board. The villa has three bedrooms—two with twin beds and one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house, and baby essentials are available. Located just 1.4 km from Cala Bona beach and close to Cala Millor’s vibrant promenade, guests can enjoy seaside strolls, local cuisine, and nearby golf at Son Servera. Pets and events are not permitted. Parking for two cars is available.
