The room was a very nice size. Equipped with coffee maker, minibar, and other convenient amenities. The bathroom is very functional and spacious and the towels are awesome. The bed very comfortable. Only minus was the heat which cannot be regulated. BUT. If you want quiet, this is not the place for you. I opened the door to the balcony as it was so hot in the room, only to find that the street noise, even though I was on the 7th floor, is still considerable. Even when I closed the balcony door the singing revelers celebrating until the wee hours of the morning came through loud and clear. While I found it amusing, others may find it equally annoying. The walls between rooms are well insulated though if that's any consolation. The full-service restaurant in the hotel is not great, particularly when there are so many other outstanding food offerings throughout Palma. I did not try the self-catering, buffet-style spot which is the other eating alternative found within the hotel. Can't say this is the best hotel in the world but it was pleasant enough.

Very aesthetically pleasing- still under going major refurb but being very tastefully done. Excellent breakfast - fantastic selection & lots of alternatives like nut milk & gluten free products. Comfy bedding & nice toiletries in the bathroom.

We loved using 'The Level' great idea to eat/snack/drink when you want.
DID NOT LIKE that the terrace on The Level allowed smoking, a couple of people cleared out the whole area as they were smoking and drinking prosecco while everyone else was having breakfast.

Very modern stylish lobby area, very nice rooms but they are smaller than we expected for a Premium room. Buffet breakfast has good choice of food but not enough staff helping to serve at breakfast. Having to walk to a tea station for hot water is inconvenient.

We like the location of this hotel - near the centre of vibrant city of Palma
,Super views over the Marina to The Cathedral .
The extra ammenities that The Level gives us too .
We have been staying in this hotel for many years - sometimes twice a year .

Bad food in restaurant.
Despite asking at least twice for the burgers of two of us to be well done they came our raw.
