His aggressive nature was a poor welcome to the hotel but fortunately was in direct contrast to the very helpful and welcoming reception staff."

We were a little co fused as the pictures shows all rooms in both properties but were told when we got there we were having the pool house as well for nothing. But the pictures for the listing included the pool house bedrooms. Anyway Darina was awesome and nothing was an issue. Lovely home with everything that we needed, thank you Darina and your lovely family xxx"
