- De van oorsprong zijnde schuur zal ongeveer 50 jaar geleden verbouwd zijn tot ...

- De van oorsprong zijnde schuur zal ongeveer 50 jaar geleden verbouwd zijn tot woning, maar heeft sindsdien geen enkele upgrade meer gehad. - de kleine gasinstallatie is niet professioneel aangelegd en de gasmeter is op de achtergevel gemonteerd in een oude brievenbus. Dit zou in Nederland zeker niet aan de norm voldoen. Daarom sterke twijfels omtrent de veiligheid daarvan. - het huis is intern ontzettend gehorig. Wij waren met 4 personen maar konden alles van elkaar horen, waar dan ook in huis. - Een sauna is prachtig maar eigenlijk incompleet zonder afkoel mogelijkheid. Een simpele buitendouche zou voldoende zijn. - het huis is volledig ongeïsoleerd, verhuren in de koudere periodes lijkt mij niet wenselijk. - als architect, ook altijd alert op tekenen van asbest. Die zijn er wel degelijk aanwezig. Nader onderzoek zal pas aantonen of dat ook echt zo is. - advies van ons is om deze woning uit de verhuur te halen. Het kan niet zo zijn dat dit aan de ondergrens van jullie verhuurorganisatie voldoet.
