Staff was extremely helpful. One of the lights in our room did not work. The bulb was burnt out. The TV remote control did not work. I saw a piece oof a peanut under the bed. Do they not vacuum under the bed?

Such an elegant property and in a great walking neighborhood

The hotel was beautiful and rooms were as shown. They are on the small side but it is built in the 1920s so understandable. The bar off the lobby was great. Amazing drinks and food but on the pricey side. The Starlight room on the top floor was a highlight. Make sure to make a reservation in advance. The area around it was great. Close to the higher end shops, Chinatown and a quick drive to the piers and wharf. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was very convenient and efficient

The hotel was easy to find. Nice room, comfy bed. The room was tiny but we were mostly there to sleep.
