Overall the property was adequate. Location was great and convienent to other family lodging. Property was in good condition but felt a little dated and in need of refreshing (i.e. paint hallways,stairs); and the stairway light may have a intermintent short as it would not always turn on. Communication with host was timely. Would book again if in the area.

The location is central to many restaurants and parks. We had a long term stay but we would book it again even for a weekend away. Thanks Lou for your hospitality.

Cute, spacious apartment & even better host

This is a cute space. It’s the 2nd & 3rd floors of a house. Photos were very accurate. My husband, 1 year old, and I stayed here during a travel nursing contract. Louis is the best host! Great with communication. He was able to help with any problems we had and had amazing recommendations for the area. Very cute neighborhood. There is a school on the same street and a big, fenced in field where people can let their dogs run around off leash. There is plenty of street parking. The only negative is that Plainfield Ave can be pretty busy so the traffic noises can be loud. Earplugs and a sound machine helped that issue. There are TVs in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. There were 4 sets of external monitors mounted on walls, with desks and chairs. Amazing for a WFH situation!
