    - 3 bedrooms downstairs + upstairs large mezzanine / loft with Queen bed

    - Large bathroom with separate powder room

    - Huge deck with BBQ and outdoor dining

    - You will need to bring your own sheets and towels (pillows and covered doonas supplied)

    - Kitchen has large fridge, oven and pantry space, well stocked for meal preparation and dining.

    - Ducted air-conditioning

    - Large carport with parking for car & boat, quiet cul-de-sac street

    No pets allowed.
    No wi-fi available but Telstra has service or bring your own Telstra mobile broadband device. TV and DVD player with selection of movies and board games available.

    Please note that we do not allow parties at this property, we are situated in a small village and neighbours are all close by. Noise curfew is strictly 10pm
