"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The buildings are quite old, and the location is far from other facilities. It feels more like a small family resort, with not much to do if you’re a younger traveler looking for activities"
"The hotel had a great location- easy access & plenty of parking.
Morning breakfast was tasty in a lovely well appointed dining room.
Rooms were clean, a little dated but met our needs. Bed was very firm. "
"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special....

"We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Pietro was a very informative host, rooms were clean. Location was close to train station making Palermo a short jump and we left our car. "
"Great location to base yourself in Palermo. Quiet beach within walking distance, public transit nearby or a short driving into the center of the city.
Quiet estate with a large pool to relax in after a long day walking around and a fantastic restaurant if you don't feel like going out."
"What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality.
The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away.
Unfortunately this time it was a short visit but we will come back for sure. "
"very nice property in a gated area (felt very safe)! beautiful surrounding in a natural setting by the sea (no beach)
excellent value for money and close to Bagheria"
Country house with sea view between citrus fruits, prickly pears and Mediterranean perfumes
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved this house—it was exactly as advertised! The property is set in an orange and lemon grove with a stunning view of the sea. The kitchen was well stocked, and the fantastic espresso machine (with pods provided) was a great touch. Sitting on the patio, enjoying the sea view in such a peaceful country setting, was incredibly romantic.Though the home feels wonderfully secluded, it’s still close to town, making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The homemade welcome cake was such a thoughtful surprise, and it’s easy to see why this property has a perfect score in reviews.A special thank you to Guisi and Marcello, who truly went above and beyond when we had a medical emergency. They not only took my husband to the doctor and picked up prescriptions but also arranged for their friend, a nurse, to visit the house three times throughout the week to check in. Their kindness and support meant the world to us, and we can never thank them enough. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this incredible place!"
