Good value for the price - would book again. Looked and smelled clean and good space for a family of four. Check-in: Had to call 3-4 times before someone replied and sent an SMS with instructions. Double bed mattress pretty worn out, the bunk beds had nice and firm mattresses. Most of the playground was broken or seemed unsafe to use. Free parking was a plus.

Perfect for families with kids

Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

Easy check in with an unmanned reception, but we were assigned the wrong room at first, and we were a bit confused when we didn't find our key, but after calling them the misunderstanding were fixed. Breakfast was ok. Lots of toys in the garden for the kids to play with, and some rabbits (at least I hope there were more than one rabbit in the cage, I saw only one) Room decor was interesting, it felt like spending the night at your grandmothers house, with floral curtains and a painted veiling. But it was comfortable and clean. Easy parking and close to Heide park.

Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking. If you ask them to handle it, they will simply stop responding. We came back to the room about 11pm and found ants going crazy on the floor. Yup, we got swiftly ignored. We were promised "someone" will take care of it in the morning, but when we talked to the staff at breakfast, it was obvious that nothing had been communicated to them. That said, the staff was very helpful, and took care of things. It is quite apparent that the "boss" runs everything remotely and is not in the least bit interested in serving their customers. The breakfast was ok the first day, but then they started to run out of things and never replenished. For example, yogurt was gone after day 2. The rooms are poorly organized. Aside from the ants, the outlet by the bedside was Also, the grounds are totally overgrown.

We got the apartment located in the basement of the nearby house. It was clean, beds were comfy but the basement was very damp. We only stayed the night for sleeping on our way to France. Needed a cheap room. Breakfast was good, and breakfast area was clean. You get what you pay for, so not complaining. But the experience would have been far better if the basement was dry. - kind of fun too, one of the elderly neighbors yelled at me for littering the parking area. There was some paper tissues that had been laying there for days and he accused me for throwing my garbage all over the area.

We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards. It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park.

Mold everywhere and irresponsible hotel.

We visited the hotel at 9:30 pm, there were nobody in receptions, we have to call and the instructions were very unclear from the phone. It took us more than 45 minutes to find the room, and unfortunately, the condition of the room is unacceptable. Due to health concerns—specifically mold on the mattress and walls—we cannot stay at the property. We therefore need to change a room. The hotel asked for 20 euro extra for change to another room, it turned out the new room also has mold problem. We didn’t stay there. We left the hotel at 10:30 PM.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen und hätte wesentlich mehr Optionen. Beim Checkin sollte man eine Nummer anrufen, da war erst mal das Handy aus. Man musste 20 Minuten warten, bis ein Rückruf kam, der einfach aufgelegt wurde, worauf eine SMS mit der Zimmernummer kam und man musste sich eigenständig an den Zimmerschlüssel, die hinter dem Tresen lagen, bedienen. Absolut keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Auf dem Zimmer hat der TV nicht funktioniert. Die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen, ich habe das Lattenrost durch die Matratze gespürt. Die Zimmer sind absolut hellhörig. Man konnte wissen, ob der Zimmernachbar schnarcht, Erledigungen im Badezimmer vornimmt oder andere sportlichen Aktivitäten nachkommt. Das in den Bewertungen so hoch angepriesene Frühstück würde in Schulnoten einer 4- entsprechen. Es ist zwar viel Auswahl da, jedoch nicht wirklich frisch. Der Kaffee war gut. Unser Aufenthalt war eine Once in a Lifetime Erlebnis mit einer nicht so positiven Erfahrung.

Vi fik en stor lejlighed, større end vi havde booket. Det fungerede fint til at vi blot skulle sove der. Det var dog tydeligt at det var længe siden at der var nogen der havde boet der. Der var meget spindelsvæv, edderkopper og støv under sengene. Køkkenet havde en hengemt lugt, og køkkenskabene var meget sparsomt fyldt. Der var ikke service nok til 4 personer, som vi var og slette ikke til 6-7 mennesker som lejligheden havde sengepladser til. Badeværelset var rent. Omgivelserne var fine og morgenmaden også som den skulle være. Personalet så vi ikke. Så lavt service niveau, fine omgivelser - flot natur, god morgenmad, rengøringen kunne trænge til et eftersyn.

Ett bra ställe för att ta ett mellanstopp om man ska resa vidare. Man får det man betalar för. Bra frukost. Plus är väl nöjesparken som ligger 5 min bort, även om vi inte hann med det.
