"Amazing staff and location! Went on a family trip with cousins and extended in laws and stayed here solo. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with my little Spanish speaking abilities (thank you all for your patience!) Breakfast was convenient and available daily. Also coffee was available in my room (if you know you know this is a plus in Atacama!) If you’re considering this hotel, book!"

"The hotel and grounds was beautiful! The staff was very helpful and kind. Alejandra was especially helpful and welcoming. She helped us secure a transfer to the airport as well as recommendations for bike rentals and other information. The grounds has 3 lovely dogs on property who are adorable and sweet. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."

"The hotel is a very nice eco friendly hotel indeed with quite nice amenities. The hotel at times is hard to find given the roads that lead into it aren ’t easy to navigate. The staff at times aren’t there at reception but overall quite a good stay indeed for the price and note that the area around the property has no shops so you have to ensure u have a car. The property also has cats and dogs on property which for animal lovers like us is really nice experience too interacting with them."

"Great staff! Attentive and eager to help. The hotel itself was pristine! Beautuful and very well suited for the ambient surroundings. They offer several tours, both full and half day, the ones we took were wonderfull. Would definately recommend!!"
