Set in a stunning location on the northwest coast of Mallorca with direct access to the sea, the typically Majorcan Villa Es Racó d'Alconàsser is situated in the idyllic Alconasser. It is the ideal place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the nature and tranquillity these surroundings offer. The house consists of two floors with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. This charming property offers breathtaking views from all the windows and can accommodate up to 6 people.



Facilities at this beautiful holiday home include Wi-Fi, a TV, a cot, and 2 parking spaces. The stand-out highlight is the covered terrace with garden furniture, a gorgeous pool, and a stunning sea view—the perfect place for relaxing in the sun and watching the sunset.



There are several areas with a dining table and chairs, and a large pool with sun loungers facing the sea. Don't forget your snorkeling masks!



The next town, Sóller, with supermarkets and restaurants, can be reached in a 10–15 minute drive.



Check-in is possible until 21:00. Access to the village and the property is via a mountain road.



The road from the main road to the house is about 2 km and is narrow and steep in some sections. There is no taxi service to the house and a rental car is required to reach the nearest villages.

Best villa we've rented. Beautiful location. Owners very friendly having filled up the fridge with snacks/drinks on our arrival! never had that treatment before. Great swimmiing pool- very refreshing. Deia very nice town, short drive away- half decent little supermarket there, and good Pizza restaurant!

Séjour idyllique avec une maison idéalement située et très bien équipée aussi bien intérieurement qu’extérieurement. Le seul point négatif est son accessibilité en voiture.

Fantastische Finca in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Die Finca ist ein Traum und in bestem Zustand - sehr sauber und hochwertiges Mobiliar. Ideal für alle die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Pool und Aussicht sind auch super. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch der hervorragende Service der Agentur (Gabriel). Der Weg von der Strasse runter zur Finca ist sehr abenteuerlich. Aber nachdem man sein Gepäck und Einkäufe im Haus deponiert hat, kann man für tägliche Fahrten sein Fahrzeug auch beim Restaurant Bens D'Avall parken und von dort sind es nur 5 min. zu Fuss zum Haus.
