NEW Enchanting Sea House with Superb Views, WIFI and SAT TV

Voramar House is a charming property located in the lively Platja del Repic Promenade. The clean and pleasant strip of beach is just 2 minutes down the traditional dry stone steps. The large terrace, dining table, chill out and sunbathing areas all overlook the beach, the forested hills and the lighthouse, offering an exceptional spot to enjoy the magical and romantic sunsets of Port Soller. The large living room has a homely feel with a generous and comfortable sofa, WIFI, sat TV, DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with an inviting dining table with superb views overlooking the beach. There are two stylish bedrooms, one double and one twin room, with one newly furnished shower room. This all adds to the comfort of this unique sea house, perfect for couples and families only 10 minutes away from Soller town. The house is on a hill and requires going up some steps, this is not advisable for wheelchair users or very young children. Registration Number 2210

Amazing private views of Port de Soller

This is THE place to stay if you’re looking to enjoy the views of Port de Soller…while dining, chilling after a beach day, while enjoying breakfast…there are so many dimensions to the outside area! The villa is well appointed with plenty of clean and plush towels for showering and while at the beach. We loved every bit of our week long stay at this private and charming home away from home!

Lovely Fisherman’s Cottage

We loved this cottage, it is well equipped and very comfortable. We liked the location as we had good views of the mountains and sea from the spacious balcony. The owner left us oranges and lemons and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed! There is also excellent internet connectivity. We would certainly return if we were to stay in Puerto Sóller again.

Perfect place

Absolutely perfectly situated little house. Beautiful view, private big terrace overlooking the bay. Morning and midday sun. 73 steps down to the beach and to restaurants. Outdoor sofa might need to be replaced with something that can tolerate rain a little better as it has a smell. But that is a very minor detail. We will be coming back. Could not have hoped for better - both in terms of location and layout of the house. Beautiful greeting from the host - sorry we didn’t get around to drinking the wine. We left it for the next guests.

Great location + views!

The property has a great location and the views of port Sóller are amazing. Close walking distance to the restaurants and beach. At night the sky is so dark you can see many stars. The WiFi is great. There’s laundry too. Outdoor tables are lovely for enjoying meals, sunset, working. There’s no ac, I asked the host if we should be concerned about the heat. She said no it’s off the beach and it’s cool. The property is very hot for August. There’s little breeze, the fans you can’t turn up very nigh as they make noises. The kitchen is full of tiny ants. It’s hard to keep them away. Host was difficult to communicate with, slow responses. This stay is expensive for the issues. The sofa outside is old and you can’t sit on it. Lounge chairs pictured are dirty. Stay at the property is a bit like camping.

Charming rustic Mallorcan property

We had a lovely holiday at property nice and sunny on the terrace until around 2pm 75 steps up not a problem for us Good facilities although nearest good supermarket is a long walk so tended to eat out We love port de Soller it’s very laid back with great walks and lots of lovely restaurants

First was told it was the last house before lighthouse and it was not the house. Had to drive around town to find the house. If they hadn’t sent pictures I would’ve never found the house. The big S on the restaurant near the house helped me find location. Never told there were 77 steps uphill to get to the cottage. Told there was AC when there was none. Terrible ant problem, could not leave any food on the counter. Management agency not helpful communication issues.

Ett mysigt litet hus med perfekt läge. Det fanns gott om handdukar och husgeråd. Incheckning och kontakt med värden fungerade utmärkt. Huset nås endast via en lång trappa från gatunivå varför det inte lämpar sig för personer med gångbesvär. Belöningen är utsikten!

Hallo,wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Seehaus!Fantastische Aussicht!! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht! Absolut ruhig.Um zu diesem schönen Haus zu gelangen ist jedoch etwas Fitness erforderlich 73 Stufen sind zu bewältigen! Die Bucht ist fantastisch für Schwimmer und Stand Up Board! Schönste Terasse in ganz Port de Soller

Der Check in verlief super einfach und wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon früher rein! Das Haus besitzt eine super Lage und man ist super schnell im Getümmel aber hat gleichzeitig auch seine Ruhe. Das Haus hatte alles was man brauchte und ich würd es nochmal buchen! Vielen Dank!

Klein, aber fein

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem alten Fischerhaus und sind immer noch entzückt von der Lage und dem schönen Ausblick. Allerdings benötigt die Fewo in einigen Bereichen ein make over. Die Türen schleifen alle auf dem Boden und sind nur mit nervigem Unterton zu öffnen. Und auch wurde am Bad nichts verändert. Der Duschkopf und die Bodenfliesen sehen unansehnlich aus.

Das perfekte Haus für 2 Personen. Ein Punkt Abzug für die Küche. Der 2er Herd ist zum richtigen kochen etwas unpraktisch. Ein vernünftig abwaschbares Schneidebrett in angemessener Arbeitsgröße fehlte mir auch. Ansonsten brauchten wir auch keine Klimaanlage. Draußen auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichem Blick auf Port Soller war schon mega.... gerne wieder 🙂

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus in Port de Sóller mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Treiben im Hafen und an der Promenade. Alles war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sauber und sehr charmant eingerichtet, und unser Wunsch nach einer Espresso-Maschine wurde von der Vermieterin umgehend erfüllt. Man sollte allerdings keine Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben! Mit Koffern oder größeren Einkäufen war der Aufstieg schon etwas beschwerlich, aber wie gesagt, es ist die Mühe wert.

La maison aurait été parfaite si il y avait de vrais ustensiles de cuisine même dans un camping car c’est mieux équipé ! Déplus pas d éclairages extérieur obligé de mangé et faire le barbecue avec le portable allumé !

En dejlig bolig med fantastisk udsigt og rigtig fin kommunikation med udlejer. Et par gode ideer til forbedring: -Køkkenet trænger til en kærlig hånd, en del myrer selvom vi aldrig efterlod madrester/krummer. -Den ene fan larmer rigtig meget og trænger til udskiftning. -Der mangler hynder til de 2 liggestole. En fantastisk location og et dejligt hus, kommer afgjort igen☀️🏖 Charlotte

Huset med den smukkeste udsigt.

Vi havde 10 fantastiske dage i huset og på lokaliteten. 72 trappetrin til og fra huset, var en daglig fornøjelse, som var med til at holde os igang. Dejlig ugenert terrasse med udendørs bruser.
