3 generations of our family ventured to Bella Vista this June. Beautifully traditional Spanish villa. Views were amazing!! Biniaraix is a lovely place. We’ve been to this part of Majorca many times before so the location away from Puerto Sóller didn’t put us off. It is hard to get to by car and parking is limited but if your happy to be adventurous & also walk to places it’s definitely a little piece of paradise xxx
The villa, which is large and very roomy, is well furnished with comfortable furniture and has views over the valley. It has good outdoor space for eating or just sitting in the sun. The kitchen is very well equipped.
It is in a quiet village but is only about 20 minutes walk to Soller, which has all amenities and good bus and train service.
It is not necessary to have a car, and in fact parking in and near the village is very restricted so I would advise against a car.
The area has lots of marked paths and is ideal for a walking holiday.

The property is very large and spacious - traditional in style but very tasteful and with all modern facilities included. Set in a very good position with stunning views over the valley down to Soller and beyond. Would definitely recommend to large groups seeking a tranquil setting to stay. Binaraix itself is quiet but positioned well for access to Soller, Fornalutx and Serra de Tramuntana. Of note, there is no parking at accommodation, roadside only - roads are quite steep so location may not be to everyone's liking but we did not find this a challenge and had no difficulty finding places to park.
Es handelt sich um eine ältere Villa, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Morgens kann man auf der im Schatten liegenden Terasse sehr gemütlich frühstücken und hat dabei einen wunderschönen Blick auf Soller. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit zwei Autos vor Ort. Zum Parken muss man 200- 300m gehen. Man kann aber seine Einkäufe bis ca. 50m an die Bar Binaraix fahren und dort kurz ausladen. Das Parken selber erfordert ein gutes Rangieren da die Straßen sehr eng sind und man seinen PKW so dicht wie möglich an die Mauer heranfahren muss. Wichtig: auf gelbe Linien achten! Dort darf man nicht parken, und andere Urlauber erzählten uns dass man ihr Auto abgeschleppt hat.Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem typischen mallorquinischen Dorf und in diesem Haus sehr gefallen.

Une très belle villa avec une magnifique vue, c’est deux chambre ainsi que sa magnifique suite parentale, une cuisine spacieuse même s’il manque pas mal d’équipement pour cuisiner. Le seul gros bémol de cette location c’est que sur l’annonce il y a marqué parking ainsi que cets accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais cela n’est pas le cas on doit se garer à plus 1 kilomètre de la maison dans une longue côte et rejoindre la maison par une côte pavé rempli de marche qui n’est pas adapté quand on a un bébé en bas âge avec une poussette je n’aurais pas choisi cette location si j’aurais su que le parking n’était pas dans la location et si loin de celle ci avec un bébé et mon papa qui a des douleurs au genoux et au hanche

Jeg elsker Bella Vista. Beliggenheten, utsikten, den lille byen Biniaraix med sitt lille torg og Bar Bodega.Gåavstand til det meste og perfekt for de som liker å vandre på godt merka stier.Det er gjort store oppgraderinger i huset med nytt velutstyrt kjøkken og nye bad.Huset har likevel beholdt sin spanske identitet.Sentralfyring og peis for kjølige årstider. Alltid vært der tidlig vår. Stille og rolig, hører ingen trafikk om natten.Anbefales på det varmeste.
La casa es muy cómoda para disfrutar con la familia, tiene de todo. Además las vistas a la sierra de la Tramontana son espectaculares. El acceso es muy cómodo
Wonderful old house amid orange and lemon tree terraces, an amazing view and lots of space inside and out. Biniaraix is a world heritage site and completely unspoilt. Parking is a bit tricky, you have to find space on a narrow road outside the village so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues but apart from that it’s paradise. Beds comfy too

La maison est confortable, la grande terrasse est très agréable et la vue est superbe. Biniaraix est un petit village charmant au calme mais très proche de Soller. Séjour parfait! Merci à Pedro pour sa gentillesse.
auch beim zweiten besuch klasse. gegend ist traumhaft, wanderungen in aller nähe. infrastruktur ausreichend nah. innenleben einfach und spanisch. betten knartzen etwas zu viel. haus für familien erwas hellhörig, aber da hilft oropax.
wir werden es wieder mieten.

Charming old house.
I love the aerea of Biniaraix and have been here every spring In 17 years. Mostly I stay In Bellavista and I feel like coming home. The house is beautiful but I miss some becueme sofas spescial In the lovely tower room, just to relax!
Sitting on the terasse overlooking the whole vally is haeve.

Fantastic little village, stunning views, cosy terasse with out door fireplace and a good house with good rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice upstairs living room for relaxing. No shops in the village but a good fairly priced restaurant. Finding parking space can be a challange - get a small car! One Star is removed from the perfect stay as we could have wished for lager towels and especially some written english information about the house, parking etc. would have been very helpful. The communication was difficult. Pedro, the owner, speak spanish and french - my knowlegde is very rudimentary and it caused some fustrations on my part.

Teilweise falsche Angaben
Zu allererst: Entgegen der Objektbeschreibung gibt es keinen Parkplatz am Haus. Mit dem Auto befahrbare, extrem enge Gassen ermöglichen das Parken nur an wenigen Stellen, vorzugsweise für Kleinwagen.
In einem Bad gibt es nur elektrisch aufgeheiztes Wasser, reicht nur für einmal Duschen.
Der Vermieter spricht kein Wort Englisch oder Deutsch, eine Kommunikation ist auf Französisch oder mit Google-Übersetzer möglich.
Das Internet funktionierte ab dem 6. Tag.
Das Haus war jetzt Anfang April total kalt. 24 Stunden nach unserer Ankunft ging endlich die Heizung, nach 48 Stunden haben wir die Jacken ausziehen können.
Wir mussten eine Grundausstattung an Spüli, Spülmaschinentabs, Seife, Toilettenpapier und jedes Gewürz, Öl, alles kaufen.
Ansonsten: Im Sommer und ohne Auto ist dieses Haus super. Viel Platz, tolle Aussicht, große Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche. Sóller in 30 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Schönes Haus, grosse Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick
Das Haus ist im malerischen, ruhigen Ort Biniaraix nahe Soller gelegen. Dorthin kann man zu Fuss gehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos, wenn er auch kein Englisch spricht. Zu fünft haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die gesamte Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich zusammengestellt. Das Herzstück des Hauses ist die Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Soller. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
