🏡The 8,000m2 villa Can Sivella Groc is located in the beautiful valley of Soller and has a typical Majorcan two-floor house recently renovated to accommodate up to 6 people and an apartment with its bathroom to accommodate up to 2 people, having the option to book only the house or the house with the apartment. The villa is not shared with other guests, the apartment will always remain closed and empty if not reserved.

🏠Inside the house, there are 3 double bedrooms with their bathrooms, guest toilet, wine cellar in the basement, large dining room, modern kitchen, and comfortable living room equipped with fast Wi-Fi and smart TV with international channels.
❄️Both the house and the apartment have hot and cold air conditioning in all places.
🌳Outside the house, there is private parking for 4 vehicles, a large terrace with a barbecue and a stylish swimming pool with spectacular mountains and orange trees views.
🐐Away from the main house and the apartment, there is a fenced off with some animals such as chickens, goats, rabbits, and geese where child guests are always welcome to help feed and take care of them every day.

Beautiful & relaxing stay overlooking the mountains
Very cool, modern and well appointed property. Lounge area works better than the pictures suggest, & the view from the breakfast / dining table is beautiful. Very well appointed kitchen. Outside, a covered seating area is generous and taking in the mountains while floating in the pool is just special. Or stargazing & looking out for shooting stars. There are animals on the property (kept away from the house) which kids will enjoy. Ours were out there making friends with the goats & bringing back fresh eggs every morning. If it's the right season, you may also get given home grown oranges which will make the best freshly pressed orange juice I can remember drinking for a v. long time. For practical amenities, there is an agricultural cooperative 2mins drive down the road selling milk, fresh bread, croissants & a good selection of fruit & veg, as well as the Eroski in Soller. You're 5mins away from the centre of Soller by car & about 12mins from Puerto Soller. The area is just beautiful, with mountain roads in both directions well worth exploring (towards the monastery at Lluc or towards Deia & beyond). Easily the best part of the island & the most beautiful part of the Balearics. To cap it all off, super friendly & helpful hosts. Toni will on site daily to tend the animals & water the trees, but he's very discreet. Cleaned twice weekly. Overall, very highly recommended.

Amazing home
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much. The house is beautiful and the outdoor surroundings even more amazing. Great pool and beautiful garden. Fresh eggs and orange juice form the garden every day. Toni and his son are wonderful hosts. Toni comes every evening to feed the animals and water the garden, he is not in the way and our kids loved talking to him and the animals. Just a perfect vacation for our family of 8.

Just back from an amazing week at the villa which is immaculate and has a beautiful outlook. Toni and Gabriel were fantastic and our kids loved collecting eggs, feeding the goats and swimming in the pool.

We had a fantastic family holiday using 'CSG' as our base. The house, pool & grounds were beautifully kept and we all felt at home the minute we arrived. Toni and Gabriel were great hosts and kept us well informed from the minute I booked and during our stay. A great base for walking & cycling. Driving was interesting as roads very narrow so do not hire a big car! some lovely restaurants / cafes nearby. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again as we loved the area and the stunning scenery.

A delightful finca in the countryside just outside Soller
We loved staying at Toni’s house with our adult children. The house has orchards all around it plus beautiful views of the Serra de Tremuntana mountain range. We enjoyed having animals on the property - especially the chickens and fresh eggs. It’s a lovely place to stay even in winter as all the windows are double glazed, the fireplace is very efficient plus there’s under floor heating. Thanks for being such a lovely host Toni.

Wonderful
This is the best villa we have stayed in, and we have been to this area many times. It is so well thought out and equipped, and perfectly presented on arrival. The setting is wonderful, quiet and peaceful but easy walking to Soller and the villages. Everything about it is great. But the best thing is Toni. He is lovely, so helpful and personable and full of local knowledge. He met us on arrival to show us around and he is there each evening to feed the animals (not loud or roaming) and check the orange trees, but he is never intrusive. His English is good and we had many good talks with him. The pool is a lovely private facility and is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are great walk around and see the geese, hens, goats and rabbits. Walking into the villa for the first time, through the long herb lined pergola, was fantastic and remained so every time. Thank you Toni.

Family holiday with adult children
We have just returned from spending a lovely week with our children (in their 20's) at Toni's finca. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is large and has salt-filtered water (rather than chlorinated) which is kind on the skin. There are large outdoor seating areas and 8 sun loungers. The villa is within walking distance of Soller and Biniaraix, both of which are stunning with good bars and restaurants. The house and pool sit at the end of Toni's small holding and orange grove, which he visits once a day to tend to the chickens, geese, goats and rabbits. He is a kind and considerate host: he is around to help with anything that you need but maintains your privacy when he visits the animals. Thank you for a fabulous holiday, Toni!

Beautiful Villa in a stunning setting
This is a wonderful location for a relaxing family holiday. The Villa is superbly furnished and equipped and has a lovely pool and garden/small farm (Orange trees, tomatos, cucumbers as well as some goats, hens, geese and rabbits!). Our five year old loved helping Toni, the host, on his daily rounds feeding and looking after the animals. In walking distance is a really well stocked farm shop and the village of Fornalutx (uphill but reachable). You could walk to Soller too but we didn't due to having two little ones with us. Both Fornalutx and Soller are stunning locations - there's more to see in Soller but both are very picturesque. You need a hire car really if you want to explore the area as taxis aren't readily available although you can get the train from Soller to Palma.
