From the front desk to the restaurant to the bar and the spa — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We especially loved the swim-up pool bar — such a fun and relaxing way to spend the day! "Perfect for our two night break. Fabulous view from our bungalow facing the sea. Watching the sun rise We had the best time. Our check in was very disappointing though as the man we found to be very rude. Nowhere to buy water at 1am on arrival and he said everything is closed including the bar. No water in the room. It was only on check out day I heard a man ask for water that they happily give bottles of water. Then we walked to find the bungalows and the key didn’t work. We went back to reception which was quite a walk at 1 am and no apology However all other staff on reception after were wonderful. It didn’t ruin our stay but could see how first impressions can."
