Willkommen in der gemütlichen, modernen ca. 115 qm großen Wohnung! Viel Platz für eine Familie oder für Menschen, die Komfort schätzen. Die Wohnung hat einen Wohn- / Schlafbereich (3 Schlafzimmer) mit großen Fenstern und Balkon / Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Weiterhin gibt es eine geräumige Küche, Essbereich sowie 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Das öffentliche Kinderspielplatz kann direkt von der Terrasse beim Kaffee trinken beobachtet werden.

Komplett eingerichtete stilvolle Einbauküche mit Geräten lädt Sie zum Kochen ein. Es ist alles da: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, etc. Die Böden der Wohnung sind mit wunderschönem Edel-Laminat ausgestattet.

In Schlafräumen erwarten Sie gemütlich bezogene Betten. Nach Bedarf können weitere Schlafplätze eingerichtet werden. Internet (Wlan) ist inklusive.
