About this property

Quiet, cozy, comfortable, centrally located to the best of the Kenai peninsula.

  • This home is centrally located near great river fishing (Kasilof and Kenai rivers), five miles south of Soldotna. It is one block off the Sterling highway in a quiet neighborhood. It has a gated private driveway and is fenced all the way around. There's a cozy cabin feel throughout the home, and is equipped with satellite tv, Wi-Fi and a freezer for your fish. The loft has two bedrooms and are separated by curtains for privacy. The stairs are steep with railing on one side. There's many handcrafted items all around and everything you need to feel right at home. There's a yard with outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a lot of flowers. The deck has a charcoal grill and chairs.
