Fisherman's Studio Apartment

This is a studio style vacation residence (bottom floor under deck) located halfway between the Kenai and Kasilof RIvers, just off of the Sterling Highway. The property has a murphy bed in the open space, bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining table. This property is convenient to Soldotna and well as a great location for a day fishing trip to Homer.

If you need even more sleeping accommodations, there is also a bunkhouse on this property that sleeps 12, has 2 kitchens, and another bathroom.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
As we were getting off the plane, property manager texted that property was not as described. To remedy, placed 2 small blowup beds. No basics: salt& pepper, trash can, forks, cutting board, can opener, it’s a long list. We were on the first floor and heard most everything from 2nd floor.
Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2025
