El conjunto residencial esta entre Grandvalira Soldeu y El Tarter, justo en el punto de acceso a Vall d’Incles, junto al rio.
Parking dentro del edificio y parada de bus en el exterior.
Entorno natural muy destacable. Ubicación immejorable cuando el objetivo de la visita es visitar el Valle de Incles y Grandvalira
