"The room was great once I got there. This hotel is displayed as Sunrise Hotel Jumgmun on NAVER or Google as Sota only handles some of the rooms. It’s a completely virtual check-in process with no advance communication. Luckily the concierge at Sunrise Hotel was there and was able to call them for me and talk in Korean to get me checked in.
